T-Group is a family owned leading conglomerate creating value for its stakeholders across the globe daily. We operate in three main sectors automotive, real estate, and textiles. Our large portfolio constitutes of six different companies and we employ more than 9,000 people, which contribute to our overall steady growth. Acting as manufacturers, agents and developers, we offer long -term solutions and innovative products with our growing number of international partners. Positioned for growth and expansion, we continue to invest in our capabilities to become global leaders in the various sectors we operate in. In 2016, T-Group was established to overlook the group’s companies operating in the three different fields, as well as to hold and manage the family’s portfolio of assets, including industrial, administrative, residential and commercial property all over Egypt. T-Group plans to expand its portfolio through the acquisition of real estate property, the formation of new partnerships and the penetration of new industries.
T-Group began its journey in 1974 as a pioneer in Egypt’s spare parts industry, serving as the sole agent and distributor of automotive, industrial, marine, and railway components for several leading international brands.
T Group launched Cairo Cotton Center (CCC)—a company that not only exported raw materials but also specialized in the manufacturing and export of high-quality knitted garments. Within a decade, CCC rose to become a regional leader in the sector. In 2008, CCC expanded into dyeing with the establishment of Cairo Dyeing Center (CDC), making significant early investments in advanced technology to ensure operational excellence and vertical integration.
Building on decades of textile expertise, T-Group continued to expand. In 2010, it launched T&C Garments, a joint venture focused on manufacturing denim bottoms. Today, T&C Garments stands as one of Egypt’s most prominent garment exporters, operating under licenses from globally renowned brands such as Levi Strauss & Co., VF Corporation, PVH, Kantoor Brands, Holster, American Eagle, Jones New York, Zara, United Colors of Benetton, and Ann Taylor, among others.
Parallel to its growth in textiles, T-Group identified strong prospects in real estate. The group’s shareholders began investing in real estate development as early as the 1980s and later established Green Hill Developments in the 1990s to spearhead its development projects.
In 2019, T-Group launched T Cap, a strategic investment platform focused on income-generating real estate assets across several continents. T Cap enables the group to gain indirect exposure to multiple sectors by leveraging the stability and long-term potential of real estate investments.
