Cairo Cotton Center (CCC) is at the forefront of fabric production and processing for the export market. Our plant, which is located in the heart of Cairo, is able to strategically reach the main export markets of Europe and the US. We use sophisticated knitting machinery to create the finest fabrics including single jersey, rib, pique, interlock, fleece, mini jacquards and many more.
Our process begins with pattern making and cutting done using Gerber systems to optimize results. The fabrics are then panel inspected and CCC begins to provide customized apparel printing and embroidery. The final step we provide is sewing, pressing and packaging, with quality assurance at every step of the way.
Not only dependent on our large highly skilled employment force we have also automated our plant allowing for lean manufacturing. Systematically we have sped up the production, increased efficiency, and eliminated process waste. Our technological investments have also attributed to lead time reduction; we are currently able to fulfil customer orders even if they are not available in stock. We have reduced the bullwhip effect, and are able to forecast accurately.
With our years of experience and advanced processes, as well as Egypt’s duty free agreements with both the European Union and the United States of America, we are positioned to serve the entire region and globe. Over the years, Cairo Cotton Center serves international brands such as Levi’s, Gap, Macy’s, Marks and Spencer’s, Kmart, Nike and many more.
Most recently in 2017, Cairo Cotton Center joined forced with publicly traded Dice Company. CCC rented out its Qalioub factory to Dice, enabling Dice to manage CCC’s knits factory. This strategic move proved positive for the group allowing it to focus its resources on the expansion of T&C Garments and their main revenue generator, the denim division.
